I was EXTREMELY disappointed in the service you did not provide. I ordered the flowers on line to be sent to my daughter on the first day of her new job. They never arrived. So I contacted your company and was told that they would give me a return call letting me know what happened. I never received a call or explanation. So my daughter contacted you to report that there was no delivery. Later that day (I think it was 1-2 days after her not getting flowers) she received an unattractive arrangement that was nothing like I ordered. Pink is her favorite color. That is why I selected the 'possibly pink' arrangement. This cost me $64.14. I am a retired teacher and that is a lot of money to me. I am not sure about my recourse at this time. I DO expect you to make right on this transaction.by either refunding my money or sending her the product I ordered.

Order flowers for my daughters b/day and they couldn't deliver them in time so they let me cancel the order and said would credit me and THEY HAVE NOT and I've been chasing them for months. Reporting them to the Attorney General and Better Business Bureau. They lie, wont let you talk to a manager, email BS back to you yet NO ACTION. This company needs to be put out of business. Took me for an $80.00 order.

I ordered Flowers on Monday for same day delivery. Guess what ? They never delivered. I called the following day and they gave me a $5.00 discount. I thought I would have been the first on the list for morning delivery. It was 4:15 on Tuesday and still no delivery. I asked to speak to the manager, of course there was no manager available to talk to. I did end up canceling the order. I would like to prevent the frustration of others when they hear devastating news from a loved one and are looking to send their loving thoughts. I highly recommend using a different florist. I wish I would have taken the time to read the reviews.

March 7 2019 I ordered an arrangement for a friend who’s Mother died. It was supposed to be an arrangement of blue and white flowers in a white vase with a fleur di lis. The flowers never made it to the funeral. They were delivered after the fact to her home and it was not the arrangement I paid for. It was cheap pink flowers in a cheap basket, not even a vase. When I called to complain, was told they’d get back to me. Never did and I called a second time after giving them a full day to respond. Was told I wasn’t entitled to a refund as “something” was delivered. I called my bank and had the charges reversed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I spent hours trying to get this company to deliver a fruit and nut basket with a birthday balloon in Friday Hatbor for a 70th birthday! They told me they had a store in Friday Harbor and there would not be a problem. Then they told me it had been delivered. Turns out it had not been delivered and that they do Not even have service in that area. They gave me a refund. I found them to be liars and unless I called the recepient I am certain they would have kept my money anyway. So I agree with anyone who thinks this company is a scam. And I missed a very important birthday.

I ordered flowers on 2/26 for a 3/4 birthday. Received emails that they wanted to deliver flowers on 3/1. No, her birthday is 3/4 please deliver on 3/4. NO DELIVERY ON 3/4. No call, no notification. I called them on 3/6 and was told "well we've been havin issues finding a florist in that area to take the order". THE ONLY REASON I PICKED YOU WAS BECAUSE YOU ADVERTISED THAT YOU WERE A FLORIST IN THAT TOWN. Do yourself a favor and NEVER order from these people.

My Marine son who is over seas asked me to have some flowers delivered to his girlfriend here in the states for Valentine's Day. I searched online for what I thought was going to be a local florist in her area. I placed the order online well in advance and asked for delivery the day before Valentine's Day, so as not to have to deal with the rush that day. 2 days after V Day I ask my son if she received the flowers. He said he didn't know, so apparently nothing had been mentioned to him. I emailed the company to see what happened and was told the local florist they work with was not able to complete the order. WHAT???? Why was I not contacted so I could make other arrangements? After I had to contact them, they make the offer to refund my money. I was heartbroken and he was pissed. They are not local to anywhere, but seem to be a third party. So bogus.

I got online and searched and finally found the perfect TREE/Plant that I wanted delivered to my mom for her birthday. She loves nature and doesn't care for cut flowers so the tree was a perfect gift since we live over 700 miles apart. I ordered, paid, she got a delivery later that day of CUT FLOWERS, NOTHING like what I paid for and definaltly not worth what I did pay! I called and asked for a supervisor, she was convenlty gone for the day...I exchanged several e-mails and was finally offered 10% off! Are you kidding me? Yes $7 will make up for all the BS and the fact that without asking me or notifying me you gave my mom the one things she doesn't like....cut flowers after I ordred a live plant! They refuse to call me back and told me that the 10% was their final offer!

I ordered red roses on 2/8/19 to be delivered to my wife in Alabama for Valentine's Day on 2/14/19. I was charged $94.10. Troy's Florist sent pink carnations instead of red roses. I called the customer service number on the website, I was told to instead reply to my emailed receipt with any concerns. The CSR replied to my email and offered a 10% discount. I said that will not work. The product isn't what I ordered. The CSR then offered a 20% discount and that the substituted flowers were of equal value. I responded that the flowers are not of equal value, they list carnations for $39.99 on their own website. I asked to be refunded the difference. I then went to a local store and purchased red roses for $67 to make up for their mistake. The CSR then replied only offering a refund of $8.95. I asked them to return the flowers and issue a full refund. I have had no further communication. I have since filed a complaint with the BBB and disputed the charge with my bank.

Dishonest and terrible to deal with they take advantage of people

I ordered my daughter flowers Feb 27, 2019 to be delivered the next day. When then were a no show I called, the rep told me they didn't have anyone to deliver at that time and asked if they could be delivered the next day? I told her no, her bday was today. I asked for a refund to which she replied "she would be more than happy to do and was so sorry for the inconvenience". I have yet to receive my refund. I have contact them 7+ times and today they sent me an email stated my order was refunded at some point and I need to contact my bank. These people are scammers and take advantage of people. I did file a complaint to the BBB, they ended up closing my claim as they could not get a response from these people.

Terrible Experience

Ordered a potted plant for mother's birthday and Troys Florist "substituted" the order for a Florist Choice and sent cut flowers instead of a plant. Never told the florist they sent the order to that I ordered a potted plant. SHAME ON YOU TROYS FLORIST. I WOULD NEVER, EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE USING THEIR SERVICE.

I advice all of the world DO NOT USE TROY FLORIST. They will RIP YOU OFF. Read the BBB on them it is really bad.

I am trying to make it a quest to bring them down. Depleting them to every one I can.

I have a coworker, an older nurse, who has had a couple of tough weeks and I wanted to cheer her up so I ordered flowers to be delivered on a day I knew she'd be home. I don't typically check my personal email at work but after waiting till late afternoon I couldn't stand it any longer, I had to know she'd gotten them. Imagine my surprise and disappointment when I found an email saying they could not deliver to the zip code I requested unless I spent another $30, I had already spent $75?! To top that off I had to call to cancel the order even thought they're the ones who couldn't fulfill it, they should've been required to call me instead of replying by email so I could've chosen another option. On top of that they have charged my account, I will have it reversed by my bank on Monday but it's the principle of the thing. Finally, I've heard florists are charged so much when you order online, e.g., 1-800-flowers, so I was attempting to use a local florist. VERY poor service, or lack there of...do not use!!

I order flower for my girlfriend's Birthday. From Web site 72 hours before accentual Birthday, By the way her birthday is Jan 16th . Then received e-mail from Troy's. On the day almost 1:00pm. Total amount was about $79.00 included delivery fee for $15.00 Please read following e-mail from them. UNBELIEVABLE!!! Extra $40. for delivery fee. It is not middle of no where... to Palm Springs! Cancel my order. It took me 2 weeks to get my money back too. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Don't use them!

Ordered flowers to be delivered. Called next day but they we're closed. Finally spoke to someone two days later because no delivery still and said they had computer glitch and offered a 10 percent discount. Are you kidding me. Said they would try and get out that day and would call the person to apologize for the delivery error and never called and when I did call back to cancel spoke to a person name Alie who was very snotty. Very unprofessional! Don't use! Stay away!
